Basic Uses : Seaboard Non-Fibred Foundation Coating is used where below grade water may cause deterioration or damage. This material can be used for private and commercial applications on metal tanks, metal and concrete pipes, foundations, silos, etc..
Limitations : DO NOT HEAT container.
Application : Seaboard Non-Fibred Foundation Coating must be applied to a dry surface free of foreign matter. This material penetrates and seals without priming and should be applied from top to bottom. Brush application will yield 100 square feet for 2-3 gallons. Spray application will yield 100 square feet for 2 gallons. A two coat application is recommended and sufficient dry time should be 8 hours.
Storage : Seaboard Non-Fibred Foundation Coating can be used year round and the only protection would be from weathering on the container.
Composition : Asphalt - CAS 8052-42-4, Mineral Spirits - CAS 64741-41-9

Seaboard Non-Fibred Foundation Coating is formulated with asphalt meeting ASTM-D-449-89 Type I specifications. This material is an asphalt cutback for use in dampproofing and waterproofing. This material is impervious to water and remains pliable under normal conditions.
